Web Manager (Job Code 29120)
The Web Manager is one of our important customer facing positions being the leader of a dyad serving those clients with our most comprehensive set of services, ODLingo. The Web Manager speaks to every client at least once month and explains the work the team has performed to market the customer’s optometry practice online. The Web Manager, along with the Account Manager creates the monthly client report. Our services include search engine optimization, social media optimization or Google Place page optimization, website changes and proactive online strategy setting. The job involves being proactive and strategic in the way clients are managed.
This is a full-time, work from home position. North American hours. 0% overnight travel. Familiarity with SEO concepts, excellent Facebook skills, and knowledge of Google Analytics, websites, Google + and Google Place pages is important. Excellent phone presence and an extroverted yet professional personality is a must. Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving capabilities. You must be self motivated and organized, and have experience using various Customer Relationship Management tools like SalesForce.
Experience and Education Preferred: BS/BA degree or 2+ years experience in a online marketing environment with technical systems involvement.
Account Manager (Job code 23223)
The Account Manager is the other half of our ODLingo service team along with the Web Manager. While the Web Manager is the client facing strategist, the Account Manager is the internal team facing partner and manages the many activities that need to be accomplished by our technical team for our clients each month.The Account Manager needs strong organizational skills for both tasks and time and must be a quick learner of new skills. Strong familiarity with Facebook, SEO, Google Analytics and other web marketing concepts as well as strong documentation skills. Good phone and teamwork skills. Ability to be self-motivated and plan your time accordingly and very detail oriented.
