Daniel Rostenne, CEO
Daniel does his best to steer EyeCarePro.net on the right course by listening to clients and being one step ahead of the web services they need to make their practices successful. Daniel got his first computer at age 10 and has since forgotten how to hold a pencil, which doesn't bother him too much because last we checked, you can't respond to 100 emails a day by pencil. Daniel doesn't wear glasses, yet... but he probably should since he can't see so well at night and he's spent more time in front of a computer than not. |

Michael Porat, COO
As an educator by training, Michael takes the teacher's approach to all things sales. No, you won't be seeing any grades, but look to get a thorough education about our products, services and how we can make your Practice soar. When not on the phone, Michael really does teach "gap year" students helping them make the bridge between high school and college. Michael is also a "versatile visionary" - expect to see him in several different styles of glasses and lenses. |

Karri Paradi, Director of Marketing
Karri's job is not only to ensure that our clients' websites looks great, but also to mastermind EyeCarePro's media messages and marketing material. From logos to trade show materials and beyond, Karri's on the case. Karri always loved coloring and drawing and would color with others as a child - but only if she got to say which color each person used and where they got to apply it. Thank goodness she found a job as a Creative Director! Karri doesn't wear glasses but a lot of her friends are starting to sport the 'post-40' reading glasses... maybe her time is coming?

Jason Daniels, Director of Business Development
Jason is tormented daily by the desire to do everything to make sure that our clients never want to leave EyeCarePro... yet somehow balance that with making sure every practice in North America is a client of EyeCarePro. Jason got his first phone at age 8, and although rocky at first, his relationship with the phone grew over time until now-where they are seldom seen apart. Jason's eyesight is perfect however he happens to look good in glasses. That said, he is not ready to be the guy who wears glasses just because they look good on him.

Memet Bilgin, CTO
Memet takes care of all things technical from every angle we can think of to make sure that our sites are as advanced, reliable and as high performance as possible. Memet grew up tinkering with gadgets, and in the fine tradition of most adult males, he now tinkers (rather expertly, we might add) with an impressive array of expensive hardware and software gadgets that make him a perfect fit for his profession. When Memet was in pre-school, a regular checkup found him to be slightly near sighted in one eye... one of these days, he will get that prescription filled (you can lead a horse to water... ;-)

Eyal Eithcowich, Developer
Eyal collects data from Internet services (think Google, Facebook, Keyword Ranking, Sales Force etc.) and brings all of this valuable info together to create reports for our clients helping them stay on top of their SEO initiatives. Eyal has always loved data whether as a software developer or a consulting engineer - numbers love this guy (or is it vice versa?). So far, so good in the vision department but what with all of those small rows of numbers who knows what the future holds!

Sue Quinn, Customer Support Manager
Sue gets to work every morning with the express goal of making sure that everyone who contacts support gets the help they need to set up and manage their website - how's that for focus! Her background as an Optometric Assistant combined with her cheerful demeanor (we've never seen her upset, which is rather suspicious, isn't it?!) are a great combination for somebody who spends all day helping others in the eyecare industry. Sue has many pairs of glasses but prefers the rose-colored ones!
Maria Madge, Customer Support
Maria provides support to our clients, answers website related questions and conducts training sessions with clients so they can take full advantage of their websites. Maria has always had an eye for detail. We prey upon that weakness now and constantly marvel at how she helps a client personalize their website into a product which reflects their unique practice. Maria wears two pairs of glasses (not at one time, of course) – neither of which are computer glasses – but she’s sure she’ll need them soon (won't we all?)!
Ruchama Loewenstein, Customer Support
Ruchama enjoys her behind the scenes role of seeing the progress of a website through to launch, quietly doing her best to ensure total client satisfaction, so they love their website, and love its' bottom line impact. Rumor has it that growing up, Ruchama was always that kid that helped out but never wanted anyone else to know about it... so we won't blow the lid off her cover too much just now either. Glasses? Nope. Contacts? Nope. Sunglasses? Nope. Ummm... swimming goggles? YES!
Tina Elder, Customer Support
From scheduling appointments, to answering calls or emails, Tina is known to be efficient and reliable to meet our client’s needs. Her keen eye and ability to stay focused was probably developed when she was a pitcher during her minor league softball years when keeping her eye on the ball and the other team players was essential to win the game! Now, Tina requires prescription eyeglasses for driving but prefers to wear her sunglasses wherever she goes.

David Rostenne, Technical Support
David has the ability to clearly convey information, and with his patient, steadfast and innovative approach, is able to translate each client's needs into reality. He has been doing computer related consulting, training and teaching since the end of twentieth century, and has learned the hard way that sometimes you fix the computer.. and sometimes you fix the people! Glasses have been a part of his life since he was little, and the world is blurry and odd without them.

Esty Dresdner, Production Manager
Esty has her hands full with tasks ranging from getting clients their reports, to billing, to managing our CRM, supervising the whole team and keeping our clients happy in the process. Can you say busy? Esty is strongly motivated; there is no stopping her when she gets on a task, especially when it is tasking others, lucky us! Esty switches between contact lenses and glasses. She's far from indecisive, but glasses are more convenient.

Shelia Chappell, OD Profit Manager
Shelia's worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years making her uniquely qualified to work efficiently with Practices and help them improve their bottom line. Being from the South, Shelia's never met a "stranger" and gets along famously with all of our clients. She started wearing glasses in 4th grade, moved on to contacts as a teenager and now never leaves home without a spare pair of glasses.

Taylor Jones, Account Manager
Taylor brings strong organizational and communication skills to her position to ensure that our client's needs are consistently being met. People always suspected she was an organized go-getter when, as a kid, she created to-do lists for her play dates. Taylor is the only member of her family that has never needed glasses or contact lenses. She is rarely seen without her sunglasses and always looks forward to her yearly eye exam.

Jennifer Frame, Account Manager
Inquiring minds want to know, and Jennifer stays busy by checking in with clients and learning exactly what their needs are. A fan of brain-teasers since she was a kid, she knows that in order to find the right answers, you first have make sure you're asking the right questions. Jennifer got her first pair of glasses when she was in 4th grade, but prefers wearing contact lenses along with a trendy pair of sunglasses.

Daniel Rosenthal, Account Manager
Daniel assists clients by focusing on the main issues at hand and offering tailored solutions that make people feel as if he has been working with them for years! His people skills are further enhanced by years of world travel which broadened his perspective and introduced him to many backgrounds and cultures. Daniel went without glasses until 2011. Now everyone says they makes him look more professional - I wonder what they thought before? |
Steve Sicherman, Designer
Steve makes sure all our client websites and our own marketing materials look good - darned good! Steve is a Photoshop addict and uses his job as a means of constructively feeding his addiction. When he's not designing he's diving into source code, ensuring our websites are happy and healthy. Steve really wants to wear glasses that make him look sophisticated, but he doesn't really need them right now.

Candace Ellicott, Designer
Candace uses her years of design experience in London, New York and across Canada to help customers achieve their goals bringing a passion and an all round focus to our their ever-expanding web presences. An avid cyclist, Candace is always on the move keeping her mind sharp, fresh and creative - looking for a better way of doing things or a better way to express our clients' vision for their Practice. Candace has had one eye exam in her life and was told she had better than average vision, that's all she needed to hear to put her eyes - and mind - at rest (at least until her next checkup!).

Nancy Rausman, Managing Editor for Web Content
Nancy works hard behind the scenes to ensure our clients have regular blog entries, Facebook posts, newsletters and 'anything having to do with words' over here at Eyecarepro.net. With a degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and other complicated things like the psychobiology of vision, Nancy truly found her calling, since she couldn’t be more interested in the topic of optometry (rumor has it that she not so secretly dreams of becoming an optometrist someday). Nancy occasionally wears glasses the few minutes that she is not staring at her computer screen (blink Nancy, blink!) and now realizes that she probably suffers from computer vision syndrome and is (jokingly?) considering self-administered OrthoK.

Rachel Zimmerman, SEO Manager
Rachel is almost always on the phone with clients updating them on the progress of our optimization efforts. She loves geeking out on SEO - a fact that she is strangely proud of - always looking for the latest updates and innovations from Google, which makes her your go-to girl for any SEO questions or issues that come up. Rachel is a newbie to glasses - she just got her first pair of glasses this year!

Ben Lavie, SEO Expert
Ben ensures our clients get top results by being there for them and monitoring their sites carefully and constantly. Having played tennis he's an "ace" in more ways than one. Glasses have been a part of his "frame" since the age of 12.
Max Pote, SEO & SMO Expert
Max is always hard at work helping our clients get top rankings in the search engines, as well as optimizing their social media accounts. He favors all things computer-related, so that certainly helps! Understanding search engines takes time and dedication, skills he honed learning music production - his other love! Max wears contact lenses, so his eyes are always ready to take on anything that's thrown at them (not literally of course, Max knows it's important to take care of your eyes!). |
Lyndon Friedson, SEO Analyst
Lyndon is our links guy. He discreetly scatters links across the interwebs to our doctors' websites, allowing Google's minions to find our websites and boost their rankings. He loves delving into the inner workings of the Internet! As a stereotypical testament to his innate geekery, Lyndon has been wearing glasses since elementary school. (He says that it gives him intellectual appeal.) |
Alex Feinstein, Google Places Specialist
Alex joined the EyeCarePro.net team soon after we began offering SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services. His current focus is on our Google Local service, researching and employing the latest techniques to ensure that our clients' local listings are as fully optimized as their websites. Alex loves taking things apart, and since he can also put them back together (usually...), this talent has come in handy for debugging code. Alex switches between glasses and contacts lenses, and has become somewhat of a vision-hypochondriac after spending every day of the last few years reading about eye diseases on our clients’ websites.

Andrea Shore, Web Analyst
Andrea quietly helps out wherever she is needed, from Facebook campaigns to Freshbooks reports and from Google Analytics Codes to News and Event blogs, because she knows it's the little things that keep our clients' experiences running smoothly and efficiently. Andrea wore glasses and contacts for ten years, but one day when driving, she discovered that she no longer needed them. Too intimidated to take them off while on the road, she drove home with the glasses on the tip of her nose, looking over the plastic rims so she could see clearly. Now she has 20/20 vision, but sports a lovely pair of sunglasses.
Mark Perez, Social Media Specialist
Mark makes sure all Facebook (business) pages are engaging for potential "likers" and for potential patients. Mark spent his childhood online, instead of playing with 'real' kids, and now he is unable to interact with other people without logging in somewhere and calling it 'social media'. Mark has admittedly rarely been to the optometrist and was consistently told that he has 20/20 vision... only now, thanks to our clients, is he realizing that a yearly comprehensive eye exam checks more than just your eye sight - whatever will he do now!?!?
