Technical Tips: Enrich your Content with More Photos

Many practices are taking the time to shoot some great photos around the office in order to really capture the essence of their practice. These photos can help new patients visiting your website get to know the Doctors, staff and surroundings before stepping foot into the practice. Web site visitors catch a glimpse of the atmosphere in your practice as they look at photos of staff at their posts or using equipment.

Occasionally, just one image is not enough to convey the feeling you are trying to get across on a page of your site. With a little advanced help using EyeCarePro, you can do more than just add a single image to each page of the site.

Review! Most practices know how to add images to each page of their site by using the image box on located on each page. To review this feature, see the article on Technical Tips: Uploading Photos to your site.

There are many advantages to having more images on a page. Additional images can help enhance the visual impact made by each page. Visitors who view product and instrumentation images can make more informed choices about what the practice has to offer. If there are any particular product photos that you would like, please contact us. We're happy to contact each supplier and get the product and instrumentation photos you need.

Using the HTML Source HTML button editor button located in the text editor, some simple HTML code can be inserted to call as many images as you would like to either the summary, or content section of the page. If you have the photos available, our Support Team would be happy to walk you through the steps, or.. just do it for you!

Here are some examples:

Coupons for a special project?....why not have them uploaded and shown on the home page.
Look for Dr. Metzger's specials in Florence, Kentucky

Are you interested in displaying your products as images? Or even linking the images to the corresponding website?
Dr. Art Wong at Edmonds Vision Center has created a visual montage of his major frame selections. See the images link at http://www.edmondsvisioncenter.com/products.asp?PageID=130691

But remember, there are some drawbacks to too many photos! Be careful not to make the page look cluttered. Use images judiciously. Before using a photo, always make sure to check its file and pixel size.

Not sure how to proceed? Our support staff would be happy to assist in guiding you or uploading the images. Just contact us at 1-866-886-4442 or support@eyecarepro.net to see your site in a new light.
