EyeCarePro's OfficeMate Bridge will automate two critical tasks for your practice: patient reminder emails, and patient registration forms. Every upcoming patient appointment, with an email address, will receive an email request to confirm / cancel or re-schedule their appointment. This email reminder will include a link to your on-line patient registration form. Once a patient completes the form, click the 'approve' button, and data flows directly into OfficeMate in your practice. You'll save time and money, and increase practice efficiency and patient throughput with EyeCarePro's OfficeMate Bridge. All data is secure, doctor controlled and HIPAA compliant.
The OfficeMate Bridge is synchronized with OfficeMate 7.2 to look 7 days ahead in your appointment schedule. Any upcoming appointment in which an email address is listed for the patient automatically receives an email reminder. The reminder asks the patient to confirm / reschedule or cancel their upcoming appointment. If the OfficeMate Bridge doesn't hear back from the patient, another email reminder is sent 5 days prior to the appointment, and 1 day prior to the appointment.
Once a patient confirms / reschedules or cancels their appointmet, the patient record is automatically updated in OfficeMate. The patient's notes field and correspondance history are updated appropriately so your staff know exactly what is going on. If the patient has confirmed their appointment, you'll see checkmark in the 'confirmed' field in your appointment schedule. It's all automated, so make sure your staff collect an email address for EVERY patient.
Each reminder email includes a direct link to a secure Patient Registration Form. The patient simply clicks on the link in the email, and once they have authenticated themselves, they are presented with their pre-appointment Patient Registration Form. New patients complete the full form, while returning patients can update their existing demographic data.
Once the form is submitted, login to your secure EyeCarePro Administration area and view and approve the form. Once approved, the patient demographics are downloaded directly into the Officemat's patient record. All data is secure, doctor controlled and HIPAA compliant.
The Officemate Bridgeworks with credits. Each credit is $0.75 cents and 1 credit will cover everything one patient needs to do. You can stock your account with as many credits as you need. Every time a patient confirms, reschedules or cancels their appointment - or your staff approves the download of the patient registration form to OfficeMate's ExamWRITER - that's one credit. Only 1 credit per patient and a LOT of time saved! No more stamps, printouts, letters, phone calls or re-keying demographic data!
