 First and foremost we use EyeCarePro.net to give us one of the best, user-friendly websites you can find for an optometric practice. We want to be known as cutting edge and use the Internet to its full potential. The website feature is extremely easy to set up, looks awesome, and very easy to change or update at any time. In addition, the ability to let patients fill out medical information online, request appointments, and leave comments helps us to better serve everyone.
To have a website custom designed that is as functional as this one would be much more expensive and time consuming from any one else. I looked into another web service in the past to collect health history information and did not do it because the cost was way too high. EyeCarePro.net's OfficeMate Bridge allows me to offer it in a cost effective way.
We are hoping our new patients will continue to take advantage of filling out their history online to save time in the office. Also, we hope the feedback area will help us improve and reinforce the services provided. The ability to send emails to patients with appointments further out (which it does automatically if we have the email address in OfficeMate) reduces our no-shows and staff time to contact and remind these patients.
