We use EyeCarePro to pre-register new patients and receive updates on established patients prior to their return appointments. Patients are contacted by email to confirm their appointment and send us updates on their profile. Less staff time is dedicated to confirming appointment and updating files manually, hence EyeCarePro.net saves me money from staff time that can be dedicated to other tasks. It also saves a lot in paper supplies and resources.
